If your proposal would benefit from edX team product and architectural guidance or input, you can create a ticket on our pilot service desk called the “Platform Development Proposals” project. When you submit one of these proposals you can optionally link to the Discourse post it is associated with, as well as a GitHub pull request if you happen to already have a proof of concept code change to include as part of the proposal.
