After Uploading SCORM file shows an error

After uploading a SCORM file through studio showing an error in pop-up window - “Unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded”. I am using koa version. Please help

I think someone here should be able to help you on this, but a little more information would be helpful. Can you add to this:

  1. The output from the studio logs when this error occurs (in koa, I think you might find them in /edx/var/log/cms/edx.log)
  2. The output from Chrome Developer Console when this error occurs.
  3. Googling the issue leads to a lot of talk about issues serving the SCORM from a different host than the LMS causing communication issues. If you can dig into the Developer Console to figure out where the SCORM’s iframe is being served from (and if it is different than your LMS URL), that can be helpful too.
