I cannot find the location where to change the template in Django Admin

You have been enrolled in Course Name

You have been enrolled in Course Name at organization by a member of the course staff. This course will now appear on your organization dashboard.

This email was automatically sent from organization to learner name

You cannot change this message in Django Admin, it is rendered from this file:
