Can we disable Batch Enrollment on the Instructor Dashboard?

We run some of our open edX installations behind a separate application that handles account registration and enrollments.

Having instructors batch enroll users circumvents that system. Is there a way to disable the Batch Enrollment tab in the instructor dashboard in lms?

You can add the membership.html file to the theme and add a if it is super admin show the forms, if not then don’t show anything.

The bad thing is that it is not a plugin and it is inside the theme
