I cannot post any comments in discussions and I got the messages as following

I searched Open edX · GitHub for the string “Posting in discussions is disabled by the course team” and found that message is being saved as something called blackoutDiscussionInformation - I’m not a frontend developer but is it possible you have discussions blackout on? I googled “open edx discussions blackout” and found this help page: 17.2. Running Course Discussions — Building and Running an edX Course documentation
