CC Rights Expansion: Max Sokolski

I’d like to nominate Max Sokolski as a core contributor and maintainer of the newly created end-to-end-tests repository.

Max is already a Core Contributor and has expressed interest in helping build out and maintain a new set of end-to-end tests that can help BTR test the named release in a more automated fashion. Max is also the current maintainer of openedx/cypress-e2e-tests, so he brings direct experience operating the project’s existing end-to-end test suite.
