CC Rights Expansion: Jesse Stewart

I’d like to nominate Jesse Stewart as a core contributor and maintainer of the newly created end-to-end-tests repository.

Jesse is already a Core Contributor and has expressed interest in helping build out and maintain a new set of end-to-end tests that can help BTR test the named release in a more automated fashion. Jesse has also been doing significant work on WGU-Open-edX/openedx-e2e-tests, a Playwright-based test suite they are interested in porting over to this new repo.
