Course outline uipdated with old version when moving sections

Hello,
We are running Palm and we encountered a strange behaviour when updating courses in studio:
When we change the order of a course sections the outline is updated with the previous version of the course.

Example:

  1. consider a course with 4 sections named 1/2/3 and 4 in this order
  2. publish the course
  3. move the section 3 before the section 2 => in studio the order is now 1/3/2/4
  4. see the course in the lms => the displayed outline is 1/2/3/4
  5. go back to studio and move the section 4 before the section 2 => in studio the order is now 1/3/4/2
  6. see the course in the lms => the displayed outline is 1/3/2/4

I don’t know if it is a bug, something known or a problem with our setup. I tried to look on this forum and on github issues but didn’t find anything that seemed to be related.

Edit: there is another strange behaviour that does not cause any problem but maybe it can be related: when I update the title of a section, subsection or of a unit, the course outline is updated correctly but the POST request is sent twice.

Do you have an idea? Does it ring a bell for anyone?
