Course published automatically

Hello everyone!

I’m using Tutor 13.2.2 with maple.3 and when I create a course, the course is automatically published.
I remember that before when I create a course we have a button Publish and only after clicking on this button the course was published.

Does someone know what could be happening?
Do we have a setting to change this behavior?
