Creating Form on Open Edx Studio

Hi.

I want to create a form in the first section of my course on Studio.
The form will ask information like Name, Phone number, E-mail Id etc.

For this, I want to take text input without marking these.
How can I do this? I am unable to find any option in the Unit settings.

Please help me.

@Ashish_Gupta Open edX does not have any native '“form” component. What you could do is to simply create a Google Form and embed it in your course using an Iframe component.
