The ticket has been updated with some very simple transition instructions for operators who need to continue using Proctortrack: [DEPR]: edx-proctoring-proctortrack · Issue #36329 · openedx/edx-platform · GitHub. We will begin making the breaking changes on August 4th. If you take the transition steps before then, then the deprecation should not cause any issues.
