Hope I can get your help to clarify my concerns about the Order History page.
I’m quite new with OpenEdx platform, I tried to enable Ecommerce plugin, It opens the menu Order History however when I click on that menu it shows message “Something went wrong. Refresh this page and try again. If this problem persists, [contact support]”
I check but seem no issue with request, no console error log. Do I miss some settings or any idea to solve this message.
Hi. Can you provide some more information about the error?
Are you using tutor and tutor-ecommerce to set up your openedx instance? what’s the version of each one? how did you set up e-commerce?
Check out the logs of containers if there’s no failed API call or console log.

I suspected that there might be no related logs since this is running using tutor local|k8s launch command (and not dev). I cannot help if there are no error logs. also, consider that the Ecommerce project is deprecated and it’s in maintenance mode.
