Failed to load all files and create new course for certain user

Hi, I am currently using Tutor v20 and am facing this issue where a certain user gets the following error when accessing the Files menu on a course:

The same user also cannot create a new course, even though the user account is a staff and superuser.

When I check the network, I see this:

I don’t know if it is related. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hi,

was this user created via /admin? We’re seeing some random bugs when creating users that way. If so, please delete and recreate it via sign up or CLI.

No, the user was created via a custom plugin. I have tried to delete and recreate the user via CLI, but the issue is still happening.
