Dear everyone,
I am facing the following issue.
I have an instance of OpenEDX ginkgo.2-5 running on Ubuntu 16.04 (hosted on local hosting in our data center).
The problem is that the discussion forum was working fine, but now it is not working properly, everything else is OK.
The browser shows me the following:
‘There has been an error on the … servers
We’re sorry, this module is temporarily unavailable. Our staff is working to fix it as soon as possible. Please email us at … to report any problems or downtime.’
I saw many solutions, but none of them was for ginkgo.2-5
