How I can create new course on open edx ?

@ Mahyar Damavand Yes but before that one has to have the rights to create a course. There are some restrictions in place by default.
If you have access to an open edX platform but don’t know where to start, contact your Open edX administrator with this information in hand:
Course title
Organization
Course number
Semester of first publication
There may be more questions before you are given administrator access and your course shell is created, since every open edX installation and team is different.
Remember to add your other contributors of the course through Settings > Course team.
