I am encountering a problem with Open edX when using it locally. I run Open edX in devstack mode, and when I create an account, I am unable to create courses. Additionally, many routes in Open edX do not work, and I am unsure why this is happening
Hi and welcome ghassen_dhif! Can you write which commands you run or which steps you follow for init the openedx instance?

i use the commande make dev.provision to run openedx and i use tutor to run openedx/devstack in local
Hi @ghassen_dhif - Devstack is unsupported. Could you try using Tutor?
yes i try using tutor but it’s same problems

no cause i use openedx/devstack path the link is http://localhost:18010 when i create a new user i dont have permession to create a new courses like the static user (email: edx@example.com mot de passe: edx)
