How to Allow Resubmissions in Staff Graded Assignment (SGA)?

Hello,

I’m using the Staff Graded Assignment (SGA) in my course. I understand that students can submit their files, and instructors can grade them and provide feedback.

However, an important feature seems to be missing:

  • Teachers cannot request students to resubmit their assignments if revisions are needed.

  • Students are allowed to upload their work only once, with no option to upload again.

I would like to know:

  • Is there any way to allow resubmission after grading or feedback?

  • Can instructors request a resubmission directly in the platform?

  • Has anyone else had this same requirement?

  • From what I’ve researched, it looks like there is no built-in solution — so do we need to customize this feature with development?

Any guidance or experience from others would be appreciated. :slight_smile:

Hi,

Generally, what we teach our users is how to restart the activity for a new participant assessment. This solution may not be the best, but it’s the only one we’ve found feasible for feedback.
