You can look into customizing the “register.underscore” and “login_and_register.html” (ideally via a theme) in your OpenEdx installation.

You can edit the MFE overrides file to give it custom MFE styles, and in Authn you can also edit message texts and translations. I’ll give you some example screenshots.
