Issues with Tutor Indigo

I use tutor 16.1.1, while installing the indigo plugin, I get the error below. Please give me a solution, Thanks

It’s strange that you cannot access the plugin main index. What’s the output of curl https://overhang.io/tutor/main/palm/plugins.yml?

Also, what’s the output of pip freeze | grep tutor?
