More than one criterion to qualify for a certificate

Hi there!
Can there be more than one criterion to qualify for a certificate? For example should be taken 80 and above and a certain question should be answered correctly in the exam.

What you are asking is not easily covered with the existing tools.
your best bet there would be to arrange the grading components cleverly in your grading structure to make sure that in order to reach the passing level (for example 90%), the learner needs to score at least 80% en the exam and 10% in the mandatory questions.
