Is it possible to get a certificate without taking the final exam? I created a video-based course. I’d like to give the certificate to the participants by watching the video instead of taking the exam.
Is that possible? If not, do you have any solution for this?

Yes, you can create certificate exceptions. Go to instructor > certificates and find the “set certificates exceptions” section. You can add users manually or by csv. Then you will have to click on “Generate exception certificates” button.
Another easy options would be to create a simple exam with a question like “Would you like to get a certificate? yes/no” and approve if “yes”
