Maple] Retrospective, we discussed the creation of a new role that any BTR member can take on. The goal is to have members take on the responsibility of managing multiple issues which means.
Expectations of the role
- Track and monitor a subset of issues (2+ issues). You can select issues around an area that you are familiar with (e.g. edx-platform, MFEs…).
- Every week follow up on the person in charge of fixing the issue to make sure they are making progress.
- Remind assignee of their commitments
This role will be shared by multiple BTR members
