OEP-51 is now open for review.
Review Deadline: 2021-03-15

Summary

To help improve change transparency across the Open edX Platform, @nedbat is proposing that we start using the Conventional Commit guidelines. Please see the OEP for more details and provide any feedback you may have on the approach.
