Removing automatic effort estimates for subsections in the Learning MFE

Is there a way to remove the automatic effort estimates for subsections in the Learning MFE?

Check Learning Micro-frontend Now Default in Maple - Open edX to see what I mean.

Some of our instructional designers don’t like it.

Thanks for any advice.

I would also like to know how to toggle it on and off if possible at all? Some older courses can’t seem to activate that feature.

Found the effort_estimation.disabled waffle flag hidden somewhere in the code. I added the course that didn’t want them to the admin/waffle_utils/waffleflagcourseoverridemodel/
