I am encountering several problems with the Open EdX Sandbox. The latest is about the live version of the course I am trying to create. The live version leads to a blank page.

To resolve the error you are experiencing and to view the live course, we recommend clearing your cookies or trying another browser. I have tested it, and the sandbox is displaying the live course view without any issues.
