Studio servers encountered an error and 500 error

Hi,
I am getting studio servers encountered an error while opening studio and 500 error while opening the course page. The edx log file details are attached herewith. I checked my rabbitmq connection it works fine. I am using the Ironwood version. Is there any troubleshooting method to get overcome this? your help in this regard is highly appreciated …

@Shiva-prog123, do you have access to the Django admin page in LMS? If yes, then you can do the following:

1. Go to {YOUR_DOMAIN}/admin/sites/site/ page.
2. Click on the Add Site button and enter both your domain name and its display name there.
