Hello @madhumohan,

We recently faced this issue and it was our customization done on cms code-base. We were attempting to add category in the course and due to the category keyword, we were not able to see the New Section button. I guess it is colliding with some existing functionality.

So, if you have made the above kind of changes then double-check it.
