I am using tutor ironwood version: 15.3.4 and am trying to access site administration with superuser account but it says I do not have the permission to view or change anything. How do I solve this?
I think you are logging in with a user who doesn’t have the superuser privilege.
Try creating another use with the below command.
tutor local do createuser --staff --superuser yourusername user@email.com
I created a superuser and then I tried to access the administrator. At first, I did get access but after refreshing this error occurred. This has happened a few times now, access has been randomly denied for some time. I am not able to understand why.
