Availability install on Centos

@rperez Is it for production or development? The only supported release of GNU/Linux officially supported currently is Ubuntu 16.04. You might be able to port it to CentOS with some effort, but the installation is tricky by itself already, so it is recommended to use a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 install (or VM) for this.

For development, you can use https://github.com/edx/devstack from multiple platforms since it uses docker to setup the development environment, and you should be able to run it from CentOS I think.
