@Zia.Fazal normally nominations have a voting window, 1-2 weeks. Since Awais is already a CC and this is a rights expansion of his CC rights so that he can help with maintaining that repo, you can probably get the relevant votes in one week but either way you should decide and set a date in your original post for the comment/voting period.
