Hi everyone,

Following the procedure outlined in OEP-54, I would like to nominate myself to extend my commit rights to include:

Motivation

I have been a Core Contributor to Open edX for some time and would like to take on maintainership responsibilities for the frontend-app-learner-record and credentials repository, as discussed in the maintainers thread. Expanding my commit rights will allow me to more effectively support maintenance, reviews, and ongoing improvements for this MFE.

@jajjibhai007 is this post asking for expansion for just frontend-app-learner-record or also for credentials?

@feanil I was thinking that initially I should start with only the frontend repo. However, if you think both of these would be a great combination from a maintenance perspective, I’m happy to pick this one(openedx/frontend-app-learner-record) up as well.

@jajjibhai007 do you have python experience or just frontend experience? I think it would be great to have both be maintained together but only if that makes sense not if it would put work on you that you are not prepared for.

@feanil Yes, I have experience in both frontend and backend. So you can assign both of them to me.
