CC rights expansion: Jawad Khan

Hi everyone,

Following the procedure outlined in OEP-54, I would like to nominate myself to extend my commit rights to include the edx-ace repository.

Motivation:
I have been a Core Contributor for some time, and when maintainers were requested in this post, I volunteered to help maintain the edx-ace repository. I have already contributed to the repo, including work related to adding push notifications for mobile apps, and I would like to continue maintaining and improving the repo going forward.

I approve the rights expansion based on this, so we need 4 more CCs to approve for this to go through. Let’s set the deadline for mid-next week: 2026-02-12T05:00:00Z

I’ve worked with Jawad for quite some time now and has collaborated with him often. I approve it too. Being a leading figure in Arbisoft Open Source space, he’ll be a good maintainer to be a part of the ecosystem.
