CC Rights expansion: Braden MacDonald, edx-search

Hi all,

I’m pleased to nominate @braden as a CC to edx-search. Braden is so knowledgable about edx-search and has been providing really excellent reviews (1, 2) for a project I’ve been working on. His reviews are very thorough and show a deep understanding of the code. He’s also worked on the Meilisearch code and is currently implementing a POC of a Typesense backend.

Braden is a prolific contributor and excellent maintainer, and he will do a great job as a CC for edx-search. Thank you for your consideration.
