Coding CC Rights Expansion: Jillian Vogel

Following the procedure outlined in OEP-54 , I nominate @jill to extend her commit rights to include the openedx-learning repository.

Motivation

Jill has been working on the Modular Learning initiative, particularly around content tagging, where she is doing architecture, coding, and reviews. She understands this part of the codebase as well as anyone, and having commit rights would speed up her work.

Prior work

Jill is one of the earliest Core Contributors and has extensive knowledge of the teaching and learning aspects of the platform that are relevant for this repo. She has had dozens of her PRs merged into edx-platform, and this previous post lists some of her work in the analytics space.

Please provide any feedback on this change by 2023-06-29 as it is a limited scope change, it’s a short review period.

Jill is a fantastic engineer, and anything that speeds up her work is a benefit to us all. Big yes from me!

but I have a question - is this access for one repository, or is there a cluster of repositories that would make sense to grant access to?

Adding my yes vote here! As always I know that Jill will be doing outstanding work.

Just one at the moment, though that one might get split into two in the not-too-distant future.
