CC Rights Expansion/New domain-translations team

Following the procedure outlined in OEP-54, I am proposing the following for @omar and myself

• Replace @omar’s and my per-repo write access to openedx-atlas and openedx-translations with membership in a new team: domain-translations
• Grant the domain-translations team write access to openedx-atlas and openedx-translations
• Grant the domain-translations team write access to i18n-tools
• Establish the domain-translations team as named maintainer for openedx-atlas, openedx-translations, and i18n-tools

Motivation/Prior Work

The work done (PRs) for OEP-58 has been incredible for standardizing our translations process across many repos throughout the codebase. As a result of this, the team has developed a very strong understanding of the translations domain.

Review Period

The review period will be one week long, and end on 2023/06/28
