Following the current call for maintainers, I would like to nominate @Ihor_Romaniuk for the CC and Maintainer role at the brand-openedx repository.

Motivation:
The project currently lacks a listed maintainer.
Ihor leads the Markup/Frontend direction internally at RG and can make a significant contribution to the repository.

Commitment:
Ihor will devote, on average, 10% of his time to work directly related to his core contributor role.
