I’m working off an assumption that I wanted to clear with the rest of y’all. How many of you, if any, are using the Segment integration/functionality in the Credentials IDA?
We’re trying to be better maintainers over at 2U and realized that Credentials is installing Segment’s Python client (segment-analytics-python) as part of the base requirements (defined in the base.in file) of the Credentials IDA.
Our assumption is that we may be the only folks using the Segment functionality. We were thinking of removing the requirement of segment-analytics-python and handling it ourselves as part of our deployment process.
