I deployed OpenEdx with tutor [lilac] but I’m not receiving any emails, and I cannot login without confirming my account.

Have you already checked the logs, or have you checked the documentation on how to change the delivery email

Since if you follow the second guide you should not have problems so that your platform does not send emails.
