I took this course more than a year ago (in 2020 but it was still CS50 2019) and didn’t finish it, now when I open it again on edX, it says resume course,` when I click it, it shows me a message saying “there was an error loading this course”.
What can I do to solve this problem?

This platform is for Open edX® related issues and not www.edx.org.
However I can still help point you in the right direction → If you have an issue with your www.edx.org account you should click Contact Us in the footer of the edX website, it will then prompt you to sign in (if you’re not signed in already) and subsequently show you a contact form with dropdown options such as “Technical Issues” so you can create a support ticket:
