We have a scorm package with images and sound added to it like a conversation. It plays completely fine if we don’t move the seekbar, but if the seekbar is moved, the audio starts from the beginning but the caption continues as it is. When refreshed again, it works fine even if the seekbar is moved multiple times.
Do we have any solution for this? We are unable to find the root cause for the same.
Please assist.
I suspect this is an issue with the scorm package itself, not with the Open edX side of things. Have you tried it on another platform, or standalone?
Yes, tried by running the standalone html file, sometimes it works and sometimes the audio doesn’t play. In moodle, it seems to be working fine.
