Uh oh, we are having some server issues

Hello Guys, I am glad to be joining you on this platform.

I am a newbie on open edx, and I just made my first fresh install following the guidelines on https://blog.lawrencemcdaniel.com/open-edx-installation and https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OpenOPS/pages/146440579/Native+Open+edX+platform+Ubuntu+16.04+64+bit+Installation.

The installation was successful, though I have one challenge. After the installation, the LMS and CMS UIs were loading properly in the browser. However, they keep going off and throwing the “Uh oh, we are having some server issues…” error.

And without doing anything, the error suddenly stops showing up and the UIs load well again.

But the timeouts keep happening without any changes made.

Like the UIs will be loading in the morning, then, after lunch, they throw that error, and then later (like after 4 hrs), the error gets resolved without my intervention.

My humble request is to help me understand what is probably causing these timeouts and resolve the error once and for all.

Please check your logs first,

For LMS: /edx/var/log/lms/edx.log

did you resolve the problem ??
If yes how i can fix it ??
