CC Rights Expansion: Braden MacDonald

Following the procedure outlined in OEP-54 , I nominate to extend @braden’s commit rights to include all frontend repositories via the committers-frontend team.

Motivation

Braden has been instrumental in improving the frontend architecture of the Open edX codebase. His work often reaches throughout the frontend dependency chain, and having merge rights to all of those repos will allow him to ensure changes make it everywhere they need to be to improve the platform for learners.

Prior work

Braden has shown an incredible understanding of the frontend of the Open edX platform as well as modern frontend development in general. His PRs have been vital in maintaining the health of the platform, and his experiments and proof of concept work (example) have been incredibly helpful in informing discussions and decisions around significant architectural changes.

Please provide any feedback on this change by 2024-07-15.
