CC rights expantion: Diana Villalvazo

Hello!

I’d like to extend Diana Villalvazo’s (@DianaVillalvazo) commit rights to include all frontend repositories, not just the frontend-app-* ones she already has access to. Notably, this includes:

  • frontend-base
  • frontend-build
  • frontend-platform
  • frontend-plugin-framework
  • frontend-component-header
  • frontend-component-footer
  • brand-openedx
  • … and others

Motivation

We need more reviewers with not only the knowledge but the time and dedication required to grok frontend architectural changes, and Diana has done a lot of great work in that direction since her original nomination, in particular in and around frontend-base land (which is where most of the recent architectural changes are going). This includes a particularly interesting PR to frontend-base itself, which took months of back-and-forth to land:

Otherwise, I’ve been impressed more than once by Diana’s promptness when interaction is requested. If you ask me, this is one the best traits a core contributor can have.
