Named Release Manager Nomination: Farhaan Bukhsh

Following the procedure outlined in this post, I’m writing to nominate Farhaan Bukhsh, @farhaanbukhsh for the Named Release Manager role on behalf of the BTR group.

Farhaan has responded for Call for Help post to became a Release Manager for Sumac. He has been a coding Core Contributor since December 2022 and has access to edx-platform, edx-when. He is also a maintainer for frontend-app-gradebook and frontend-app-learning :heart_hands:
