Hi all,

@mgmdi is currently a coding Core Contributor, having made significant contributions to openedx-events, openedx-filters, and edx-platform.

I am nominating her to take on the role of Content Author; as one of the newest Core Contributors, she’ll be close to the subject matter as we write an onboarding guide for other Core Contributors. She’s familiar with LXD and skilled in Open edX Dev processes - another topic we’d like to cover. Most of all, she’s excited to jump into this new role.

The comment period will be open one week, through April 18.

This is great! We do need better courses for onboarding to Open edX, and it will be a great opportunity to pass on the knowledge you already have @mgmdi – you have already pointed out a few documentation gaps during your core contributor onboarding, so looking forward for more of this :slight_smile: :+1:
