Core Contributor nomination: Ivan Stepanok for openedx-mobile-site-registry

Hello Open edX community,

I would like to nominate myself, Ivan Stepanok, as a Coding Core Contributor and maintainer for the new GitHub - openedx/openedx-mobile-site-registry: Backend to register sites that show up on the Universal Mobile app [Experimental] · GitHub repository.

This repository is intended to support experimental development for the Universal Open edX Mobile App initiative while the product proposal goes through the formal community review process.

My role would be to help maintain the Site Registry backend repository, review and coordinate contributions, keep the implementation aligned with the Universal Mobile App proposal, and make sure the work remains clearly bounded as experimental until the proposal is accepted.

I am currently leading mobile work at RaccoonGang and have been actively involved in the Universal Mobile App initiative, including the mobile app architecture, multi-tenant approach, and related implementation planning.

I understand that this repository is being created to unblock experimental development, and that it may be retired if the Universal Mobile App product proposal is not accepted.
